STEM CELL THERAPY
Regenerative medicine with platelet rich plasma (PRP), stem cells and stem cell exosomes are new frontier of medical practice. Regenerative medicine has the potential to fully heal damaged tissues and regrow cartilage. The treatment with regenerative medicine includes, but not limit to arthritis, tendinitis and disc herniation for musculoskelotal conditions, nerve injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis for neurological conditions and COPD for internal medicine conditions. There are few effective ways to treat the root causes of many conditions or injuries before we have regenerative medicine, and in many cases, clinicians can only manage patients' symptoms using medications or devices.
Promoting healing and reducing the pain from osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, partial meniscal tears, ACL and PCL tears may be probable through PRP or STEM CELL therapy. Athletes and individuals who endure acute and chronic pain from tendon injuries or osteoarthritis may finally get relief from a safe, non-surgical procedure.
Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is an extract of your own blood that contains three to five times more platelets, growth factors, and active proteins for tissue repair and injury healing. When PRP is placed back into the tendon or joint by injection, it releases growth factors and initiates a localized inflammatory response and stem cell response. Over the weeks and months following treatment, the damaged tendon or cartilage can be rebuilt and pain can be resolved.
Stem cell therapy is similar to PRP therapy, but it may be more effective. Stem Cells can be abstracted from your own bone marrow, fat tissue or amniotic fluid. Then the concentrated stem cells can be injected into tendon or joint to repair or heal the damage tendon or cartilage.
Stem Cell Therapy
A high volume of stem cells is obtained from the patient’s own bone marrow or fat tissue (adipose). Once the stem cells have been concentrated, they are injected into damaged areas of the body to promote regeneration and healing. These therapies are a safe, nonsurgical treatment option for most chronic pain conditions, wound care, and aesthetic abnormalities.

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me today regarding the new products we have available! I have attached here our latest product catalog. We are in the process of updating it as it does not contain our A2M filtration system nor our amniotic patches.
I would like to introduce you to our brand new product called StemShot.
It is comprised of three very important components we have found beneficial to the healing process:
1-Amniotic Fluid (growth factors)
2-Wharton's Jelly (MSCs)
3-Cordblood (MSCs)
We would offer this product to you at the same price as you are receiving the current pure cord blood tissue product. We are seeing some incredible results with this combination product! This product still meets the FDA guidelines to remain minimally manipulated. I have attached here a packet on these new products for you to review as well as a product description.
A .5cc vial is sufficient for a large joint injection and costs $700. We also have a 1cc vial available for $1100.
Please let me know if you have any questions about StemShot.

With recent FDA concerns and the discussion of using allograft tissue products that contain live MSCs, we have been looking for alternative means to help clients who have been seeing great results with these products yet have some hesitations towards continuing their use.
We have found a great solution: exosomes!
Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles containing all the best parts of MSCs, yet they are actually acellular. They provide the transmitting and honing device functions between cells when the body feels the need to initiate the healing process. They have been attributed to the spread of cytokines, hyaluronic acid, and 3x growth factors of other regenerative products. They also last longer than Adult MSC's. Adult MSC's are viable for 3-7 days where Exosomes are viable two to three months.
I have attached an audio from our Medical Director, Doug Spiel, MD with his introduction to Exosomes and have attached a PowerPoint and a few articles about Exosomes.
Please let me know if you have any questions on these products. I look forward to hearing about your case next week!
